The Commission, City Staff, and City Attorney briefly discussed the topics.
B. Apartment /Multi- Family Residential (R -4) Zoning and Comprehensive band Use Plan
Designations:
Bryce Cox presented a series of maps that included areas where Apartment / Multi- Family (R-
4) zoning and Comprehensive Land Use Plan designations for this-use are located in Schertz.
The Commission and City Staff discussed the maps presented and occupancy rates of the
locations.
