THURSDAY, JUNE 23, 2016 at 6:00 P.M.
Call to Order
The special Committee meeting was called to order by Chairman Weirtz at 6:00 pm.
Voting members present: Sue Boissonneault, Lou Foehrkolb, Lynn Foehrkolb, Debbie
Krause, Dave Lynch, Cynthia Palmer, Pete Perez, Paul Ringenbach, Louis Segaloff and
Dean Weirtz
Introduction of Guests and New Members
Judy Goldick — owner of property at 807 Main St
Also in attendance: Brian James (from the city of Schertz) and Joyce Segaloff
Discussion and /or Action Items
1. Application for Main Street Incentive Project — 807 Main Street —
Consideration and/or action regarding the application for a Main Street
Incentive Project Grant by the owner (Judy Goldick) of 807 Main Street.
The property will be a multi -use building (real estate office and thrift shop).
The proposed design changes will preserve the historical integrity of Main
Street. A motion was made by Paul Ringenbach and seconded by Pete
Perez to approve the application with the exception of any landscaping
costs. The motion passed unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the committee, a motion was made by Lou
Foehrkolb and seconded by Sue Boissonneault to adjourn the meeting. The motion
passed unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 pm.
