3. Discuss presenting the 2016 City of Schertz Strategic Plan to respective Boards,
Committees and Commissions.
4. Review and discuss Council and Staff‘s SWOT priorities developed during the
recent retreat and finalize the Committee of Committees Advisory Board’s
SWOT.
5. Discuss existing municipal complex including City Hall and Public Works.
