Inspection Request Process Change Notice Inspection Request Process Change Effective January 3, 2017 The City of Schertz Inspections Department has implemented a new process to request an inspection. The intent of the new process is to improve our services and the communication we provide to customers. The changes will include electronic inspection requests, notifications related to receipt and scheduling of inspections as well as the outcome of the inspection (i.e. pass or fail). To schedule an inspection please use the following link: http://mygovhelp.com/SCHERTZTX/_cs/RequestOpen.aspx?rqst=143 or for instructions on how to schedule an inspection you can go to the City website at www.schertz.com under the Building Inspections Department select Document & Resources.
