WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 23, 2016 at 6:00 P.M.
Call to Order
The special Committee meeting was called to order by Chairman Weirtz at 6:00 pm.
Voting members present: Lou Foehrkolb, Lynn Foehrkolb, Barbara Hall, Pete Perez, Paul
Ringenbach, Louis Segaloff and Dean Weirtz
Introduction of Guests and New Members
Also in attendance: Brian James (from the city of Schertz)

Discussion and/or Action Items
1. Application for Main Street Incentive Project – 603 Main Street –
Consideration and/or action regarding the application for a Main Street
Incentive Project Grant by the owner of 603 Main Street.
The property will be a residential home. The proposed design changes will
preserve the historical integrity of Main Street. This property was
designated a Landmark property at a City Council meeting earlier in
December. A motion was made by Louis Segaloff and seconded by Paul
Ringenbach to approve the grant application. The motion passed
unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the committee, a motion was made by Lou
Foehrkolb and seconded by Pete Perez to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed
unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:15 pm.
