Voluntary Waiver of 45-Day Permit Processing Requirement
Agreement to Establish Deadline for Processing Building Permit
I hereby waive the right to require the City of Schertz to approve or deny my building permit
request within 45 days as set forth under Texas Local Government Code Section 214.904. I
further agree that the deadline for the city to grant or deny my permit request shall be no more
than six (6) months from the date my application is received by the City. I swear and affirm that
this waiver is entirely voluntary, and I make such waiver with full knowledge of my rights under
state law.
