A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS, APPOINTING TO CANYON REGIONAL
WATER AUTHORITY TWO MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEESS FOR A ONE -YEAR TERM OF OFFICE.
RESOLVED, that the Governing B dy of the City of Schertz, Texas have
appointed wand to serve as their
two representati s to the Board of Trusteess of Ca on Regional Water
Authority.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the above named representatives are
authorized to represent, and act in behalf of, the best interest of above named
entity in the process of maintaining and conducting business of the Canyon
Regional Water Authority, and to cast their votes on all issues related to the
Canyon Regional Water Authority.
