1999D04-TRAFFICORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS BE AMENDED BY ADDING
SECTION 18-50, TRAFFIC SIGNALS/TRAFFIC LIGHTS;
AND PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
SECTION
THAT, Section 18-50 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Schertz,
Texas be added as follows:
"Section 18-50, Traffic Signals/Traffic Lights
City of Schertz Police Officers shall have the authority to issue citations for
violations regarding all traffic signals/traffic lights within the City of Schertz city
limits."
SECTION II
THAT, all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
