from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., November 8, 2016, for voting in the general and special election to elect Councilmembers for
Place 1, Place 2, Mayor, Place 6, Place 7 and Place 3.
Locations of Early Voting Polling Places: Early voting by personal appearance will be conducted as listed below:
