Presentations should be limited to no more than 5 minutes. Each person should fill out the Speaker’s register prior to the meeting and give it to the Chair. The Commission can only discuss items that are on the agenda. Discussion by the Commission of any item not on the agenda shall be limited to statements of specific information given in response to any inquiry, a recitation of existing policy in response to an inquiry, and/or a proposal to place the item on a future agenda. The presiding officer, during the Hearing of Residents portion of the agenda, will call on those persons who have signed up to speak in the order they have registered. 1. Minutes: Consideration/action for approval of February 1, 2018 TSAC Meeting Minutes. 2. Westchester Drive Parking Issues: Staff update on recent parking complaints and findings. 3. Lone Oak Traffic Study: Staff update and discussion on Lone Oak traffic issues. 4. Public Hearing(s): The TSAC Commission will hold public hearings related to traffic safety issues during scheduled TSAC meetings when warranted. The public hearing(s) will be opened at the proper time in order to receive information and reporting from staff and any other interested persons. Upon completion, the public hearing will be closed. The Commission will discuss and consider the issue at hand, and may request additional information from staff or other parties, if required. After deliberation, the Commission is asked to consider, discuss, and act upon the requests, if necessary. Finally making a recommendation to City Council, if needed.  Borgfeld Crosswalk: Public Hearing to be held on the crosswalk request from Brandy Donecker, to be placed at Borgfeld Rd, Dietz Rd, and Gleaming Springs.  Riata Bike Lanes & Striping: Public Hearing to be held regarding the request for bike lanes & road striping to be placed down Fairlawn and Belmont within the Riata subdivision. 5.
