Call to Order
The special Committee meeting was called to order by Paul Ringenbach at 6:30 pm.
Voting members present: John Baker, Lou Foehrkolb, Lynn Foehrkolb, Pete Perez, Paul
Ringenbach, and Elizabeth Strong
Introduction of Guests and New Members
Also in attendance: Brian James (from the city of Schertz)

Discussion and /or Action Items
Application for Main Street Incentive Project — 817 Main Street — Con-
sideration and /or action regarding the application for a Main Street Incentive
Project Grant by the owner of 817 Main Street.
The proposed design changes will preserve the historical integrity of Main
Street. The homeowner wishes to replace the current asphalt roof with a
metal one. A motion was made by Elizabeth Strong and seconded by Pete
Perez to approve the grant application. The motion passed unanimously.

There being no further business before the committee, the meeting was adjourned at 6:40
pm.
