Call to Order
The special Committee meeting of March 8 was called to order by Dean Weirtz at 6:00
pm.
Voting members present: LaDonna Bacon, John Baker, Lou Foehrkolb, Lyme Foehrkolb,
Debbie Krause, Dave Lynch, Dean Midlick, Pete Perez, Paul Ringenbach, Elizabeth
Strong, Rosalyn Wise and Dean Weirtz

Discussion and /or Action Items
1. Application for Main Street Incentive Project — 533 Main Street — Con-
sideration and /or action regarding the application for a Main Street Incentive
Project Grant by the owner of 533 Main Street. The proposed design
changes will preserve the historical integrity of Main Street. Most of the
work is to building systems - HVAC, plumbing, electrical and framing. The
owner also plans to add a deck and cover towards the back of the building.
A motion was made by Rosalyn Wise and seconded by Dean Midlick to ap-
prove the grant application. The motion passed.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the committee, the special meeting was adjourned
at 6:5� pm.
