Perez, Elections Administrator, can only conduct elections in Guadalupe County. Schertz, in it's General City Election, normally has only one precinct. Some of the voterS would have to vote in two places. The question is do you want to hold this Special Election in conjunction with the Presidential election, or later. 430 ~{> . Some voters who are unable to get to two places to vote may feel disenfranchised. Mr. Simonson emphasized they need to get as many voters out as possible.
