The City of Schertz, Texas proposes to institute annexation proceedings
to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said City to include
the following described territory, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in theWst Row line of FM 3009, a
corner of the City Limits line of the City of Schertz;
THENCE N 290 49' W 320.0 feet, more or less to a point
in the'Est Row line of FM 3009;
THENCE N 590 53' E 120.0 feet to a point in the east Row
line of FM 3009;
THENCE N 590 53' E with the north boundary line of the Elton
Schertz tract 2520 feet to a point in said north boundary
line;
THENCE S 290 49' E 2345.0 feet, more or less, to a point
in the south boundary line of the Elton Schertz tract;

be heard. Of all such matters and things, all persons interested
