AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES BE
AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 18 -33, FOUR -WAY STOPS
AND ADDING SECTION 18 -49, THREE -WAY STOPS; AND
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT Section 18 -33 of the Code of Ordinances, City
of Schertz, Texas, be amended by adding the following:
"Section 18 -33, Stop Intersections - Designated Four -Way
Stops
Savannah Drive and Davenport
SECTION II
THAT Section 18 -49 of the Code of Ordinances, City
of Schertz, Texas, be added as follows:
Section 18 -49, Stop Intersections - Designated Three -Way
Stops
Savannah Drive (north and south) and Inglewood (east)"
SECTION III
THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
