AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF
CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, BE AMENDED
SECTION 18 -32, STOP INTERSECTIONS,
18 -33, ALL -WAY STOPS; AND PROVIDING
CLAUSE.

1 A REPEALING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT Section 18 -32 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Schertz, Texas be amended to add the following:
"Sec. 18 -32 Stop Intersections - Designated - Generally
Through Streets Cross or Stop Street
Ashley Park
SECTION II
Wayward Pass
THAT Section 18 -33 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Schertz, Texas be amended to delete the following:
Sec. 18 -33 Same -- Same - -All -way stops.
Ashley Park and Wayward Pass"
SECTION III
THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
