1. Minutes: Consideration andlor action regarding the a A Proval of the minutes
• the March 4,2019 meeting.
Margaret Riley moved to accept the March 4, 2019 minutes after corrections.
Joanne Ward seconded the motion. Motion carried. The March 4,2019 minute2
were accepted as presented,
2. Treasurer's Reports: Consideration andlor action regarding the approval of
February 2019 Treasurer's Reports.
The numbers for the Treasurer's Report were not available at the meeting. It wd-s-
tabled until the May 6,2019.

- The remaining books from the book sale were donated to SAMC, Boysville and
Haven for Hope.
- Dawn Figueras is updating the vintage books on Excel.
-A vintage book "Better Golf without Practice" by Alex Morrison. Ruth Tienor took
the book to two local bookstores to see if they are interested. Both bookstores were
not interested in the book so; Priscilla is putting the book on Ebay.

Brian James presented the CCAB update and highlights. The main highlight was
"The Now and Then Presentation" at the library. It was well received • those who
t-ttended.

6. Summer Reading Club - Discussion and possible action on bookstore
participation Summer Reading Club plans.
Lizzi Bertoia and April Toman led the discussion about the Summer Reading Club.
The Summer Reading Club will give a free book for all participants. The children
will get to pick a book out books that April has all ready purchased. Lizzi requested
that the LAB give the participants a coupon to the bookstore for one free book. Lizzi
and Joanne will work together to work out the details.
7. Staff Appreciation -Discussion on LAB members providing foodfor staff
during the month ofApril.
Patti Dilworth led the discussion. The Library Appreciation Week is April 9-11, the I
sign up sheet was discussed. The LAB is ready for the week. Thank you to the libraiMi
