Ruth Tienor moved to accept the February 4, 2019 minutes as presented. Patti
Paulson seconded the motion. Motion carried. The February 4, 2019 minutes were

Treasurer's Reports: Consideration andlor action regarding the approval of
January 2019 Treasurer's Reports.
Patti Paulson moved to accept the January 2019 Treasurer's Report as presented.
Joanne Ward seconded the motion. The motion carried. The January 2019
Treasurer's report were accepted as presented.

6. Collection Development Policy - Discussion and possible action on Library's
revised Collection Development Policy.
[f,resented. Patti Paulson seconded the motion.. The motion carried. The Collection
Itevelopment Policy passed as presented.
7. Staff Appreciation -Discussion on LAB members providing foodfor staff
during the month ofApriL
Patti Dilworth led the discussion. It was decided to provide a soup, salad and
desserts to the Library staff during Library Appreciation Week (April 9-11). A sign
up sheet was passed around to the LAB. See attached
8. Items by the Library Board Members: Briefing and discussion on the
following items.
