CALL TO ORDER; Patti Dilworth called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M.
1. Minutes. Consideration andlor action regarding the approval of the minutes
of the April 1, 2019 meeting. I
Ruth Tienor moved to accept the April 1, 2019 minutes as presented. Patti Paulsor
seconded the motion. Motion carried. The April 1, 2109 minutes were accepted as
presented.

March 2019 Treasurer's Reports.
Patti Paulson moved to accept the March 2019 Treasurer's Report as presented.
Joanne Ward seconded the motion. The motio n—carried. The March 2019
Treasurer's report was accepted as presented.
3. Librarian's Report: Librarian will report on thefollowing items.

f. Winter Reading Program -Discussion and possible reallocating WRCfUnds
to hire temporary stafffor summer reading club.

Patti Paulson seconded the motion. The motion carried. The LAB will purchase a
hole in the Library Foundation mini golf event for $250.00.
1. Appointment to CCAB -Discussion and possible action on replacementfor
Shonale Burke's position on CCAR
