HEARING OF RESIDENTS
This time is reserved for any person who wishes to address the Library Advisory Board. Presentations should be limited to no more than 5 minutes. The Board can only discuss items that are on the agenda. Discussion by the Board of any item not on the agenda shall be limited to statements of specific, factual information given in response to any inquiry, a recitation of existing policy in response to an inquiry, and/or a proposal to place the item on a future agenda. 1. Minutes - Consideration and/or action regarding the approval of the minutes of June 3, 2019 2. Treasurer’s Report – Consideration and/or action approving the May & June 2019 Treasurer’s Report 3. Librarians’ Report – Librarian will report on the following items:
• May & June 2019 Library usage statistics
• Library operation and other items of interest
4. Bookstore Report – Bookstore Manager will report on the following items:
• General operation of the bookstore
• Discussion on upcoming book sale 5. Committee of Committees Advisory Board Update (if CCAB has met) – TBD/Brian James or LAB member DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION
6. Book Sale Pricing – discussion and possible action on changing the pricing of bag sale items.
7. Officer appointments – discussion and possible action on choosing a new slate of Library Advisory Board
Officers.
