regular meeting of June 19, 2019. 1
Chair Dziewit recognized Board Member Hartzog who made a motion to approve the
minutes, seconded by Board Member Boissonneault. The vote was 6-0-0. Motion passed.
Chair Richard Dziewit introduced Assistant City Manager Charles Kelm and asked him to
tell the committee a little about himself
