RESOLUTION NO. 06- R- 28
A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL
NEWSPAPERS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006-2007.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 78-M-22 requires the City Council, by Resolution, at the
beginning of each fiscal year, to designate a public newspaper of general circulation in
the City of Schertz as the official newspaper, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to designate The Daily Commercial Recorder for
the 2006-2007 fiscal year for the publication oflegal notices.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT, the City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas, hereby designates The Daily
Commercial Recorder as the official newspapers for the fiscal year 2006-2007 for
publication of all official legal notices.
