A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SCHERTZ AND
THE SCHERTZ SEGUIN LOCAL GOVERNMENT CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Schertz desires to enter into a management services
agreement with the Schertz Seguin Local Government Corporation;
WHEREAS, the Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein for all
purposes represents the proposed Agreement between the parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas
as follows:
3. That the City Council hereby approves the Management Services Agreement
between the City of Schertz and the Schertz Seguin Local Government
Corporation.
4. That the City Manager be authorized to execute the Management Services
Agreement between the City of Schertz and the Schertz Seguin Local
Government Corporation.
