receive citizen comments on a request to establish Lot 8,
Block 2, Unit 1, Tri County Business Park as the Ramada
Re-investment Zone.
Mr. Sweatt pointed out the location described on the map,
He advised that the Council had approved the establishment
of the Tax Abatement Program and the first step is the
establishment of the Reinvestment Zone. The site on 1-35
being requested is for the construction of a Ramada Inn. He
added that this process is required by law.
