ORDINANCE NO. ?1-F'- S-
AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 7-1/2-54,
EXHIBIT 2 GARBAGE RATE SCHEDULE; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
I
THAT Section 7-1/2-54, Exhibit 2 - Garbage Rate Schedule
of the Code of Ordinances City of Schertz, Texas, is hereby
revised to read in accordance with Exhibit 2 Garbage Rate
Schedule, attached and made a part thereof.
II
THAT the rate change to be effective on the first day of
each billing cycle for the month of February, 1997.
III
THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
