AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES,
CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING
CHAPTER 12 1/2, ATTACHMENT "B" OF SAID CODE,
PROVIDING FOR THE USE AND REGULATIONS OF SWIMMING
POOL FACILITY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT.

THAT, Chapter 12 1/2, Attachment "B" of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Schertz, Texas, be amended as
follows:
