95-D-30 Vehicle Weight Limits ORDINANCE NO. f5- D- 30 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE II, SECTION 18-45 OF SAID CODE, PROVIDING FOR RESTRICTIVE VEHICLE WEIGHT LIMITS OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND (15,000) POUNDS TO BE PLACED ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS: I THAT Chapter 18, Article II, Section 18-45 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Schertz, Texas, be amended by adding the following: "Sec. 18-45. Vehicular Weight Limit on Certain Streets. (f) River Road from FM 78 to its termination; (g) Cloverleaf Lane from FM 78 to its termination; and, ( h) Bubbling Springs Road from FM 78 to its termination."
