ORDINANCE NO.

AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES BE
AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 18-32, STOP
INTERSECTIONS, AND REVISING SECTION 18-33,
FOUR-WAY STOPS; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
SECTION I
THAT Section 18-32 of the Code of Ordinances, City
of Schertz, Texas, be amended by deleting the following:
"Section 18-32, Stop Intersections-Designated Generally.
Through Street
Cross or Stop Street
Woodland Oaks Drive
Kline Circle
SECTION II
THAT Section 18-33 of the Code of Ordinances, City
of Schertz, Texas, be amended by adding the following:
Section 18-33, Stop Intersections-Designated Four-Way Stops
(j) Woodland Oaks Drive and Kline Circle
(k) Dimrock and Kline Circle"
SECTION III
THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
