AN ORDINANCE
PPROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES,
CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY
REVISING CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE II, SECTION
18-45 OF SAID CODE, PROVIDING FOR
RESTRICTIVE VEHICLE WEIGHT LIMITS OF
FIFTEEN THOUSAND (15,000) POUNDS TO BE
PLACED ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:

THAT Chapter 18, Article II, Section l8-45 of the Code of
Ordinances. of the City of Schertz, Texas, be amended by
adding the following:
"Sec.
18-45. Vehicular weight limit on certain
streets.
(e) Ware-Seguin Road from FM 1518 to the
western most city limits."

THAT all ordinances or parts or ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
