93-D-13 Vehicular Weight Limits ORDINANCE NO. 93 -D- /3 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE II, SECTION 18-45 OF SAID CODE, PROVIDING FOR RESTRICTIVE VEHICLE WEIGHT LIMITS OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND (15,000) POUNDS TO BE PLACED ON SCHERTZ PARKWAY, EAST LIVE OAK ROAD, PFEIL ROAD AND LOWER SEGUIN ROAD; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCE IN CONFLICT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS: I THAT Chapter 18, Article II, Section 18-45 of the Code or Ordinances of the City of Schertz, Texas, be amended to read as follows: "Sec. 18-45. streets. Vehicular weight limit on certain A vehicle weight limit of fifteen thousand (15,000) pounds to through traffic is placed on the following: (a) Schertz Parkway from its intersection with Elbel Road north to IH 35 Access Road. (b) East Live Oak Road from its intersection with Schertz Parkway to its intersection with Farm to Market Road 3009 (Roy Richard Drive).
