AN ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, AMENDING THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES BY AMENDING SECTION 10-71,
EXCEPTIONS, OF ARTICLE IV - GUNS, "BB" GUNS,
PELLET GUNS, OF SAID CODE; AND REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCE OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS:

THAT Chapter 10, Article IV - GUNS, "BB" GUNS, PELLET GUNS,
Sec. 10-71 Exception - of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Schertz, Texas, be amended to read as follows:
"Owners of agricultural land or uninhabited land one
mile or more from a platted subdivision are excluded
the provisions of Sec. 10-70, provided the bullet or
missile does not leave the boundaries of their land
discharged."
