AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, BE
AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 19, EXHIBIT
10 SCHEDULE OF CURRENT CAPITAL RECOVERY
FEES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS:
I
THAT Section 19, Exhibit 10 of the Code of Ordinances,
City of Schertz, Texas, is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"Sec. 19, EX 10. SCHEDULE OF MAXIMUM CAPITAL RECOVERY FEES
Water:
$ 550.00
Wastewater: $1,135.00, includes wastewater impact fees
established by New Braunfels Utility or
Cibilo Creek Municipal Authority."

. THAT the public importance of this measure constitutes
and creates an urgent public necessity requiring that this
ordinance be passed and take effect as an emergency measure;
and shall take effect and be in force immediately upon and
after its passage.
III
THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
