Stomackin, Sr., presiding; Richard L. Howe; Barbara Taylor; Jeff Duffield; Earl W. Sawyer and Jacqueline Lawler. Staff present: City Manager Jimmy G. Gilmore. #1 CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. #2 EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Mayor immediately called an executive session under Article 6252-17, V.T.C.S. Section 2-(g). The emergency meeting was reconvened at 7:25 P.M. #3 MUNICIPAL JUDGE: Mr. Sawyer moved to hire Mr. Paul Finley as Municipal Judge.
