The Schertz City Council convened in Special Session, Tuesday, July 31,1979
at 7:10 P.M. in the Conference Room of the Municipal Complex, 1400 Live Oak
Road with the following members present: Mayor Robert C. Bueker, presiding;
Richard L. Howe; Gail Hyat; Walter F. Schneider; Earl W. Sawyer and Jack M.
Stomacki n, Sr..
#1 EXECUTIVE SESSION: Mayor Bueker called an executive session at 7:10
P.M. under Article 6252-17, Section 2 (g) of
Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes.
The Special Session was reconvened at 8:45 P.M.
#2 ACTING CITY MANAGER:
