Krause. #1 Discussion of public meeting for FM 78 By-Pass. Council discussed the need for a public meeting to inform the citizens concerning the proposed FM 78 By-pass. It was Council concensus to go ahead with the plans for a bond election but wait until after the meeting with the three advisorys for the City before setting a date. Mayor Bueker was to contact Judge Fleming of Guadalupe County and the officials at Randolph Air Force Base. #2 Personnel Matters: The City Manager said that with no Building Inspector, the inspections were stacking up. He had contacted the surrounding communities but they would not do all of our inspections; ie apartments. Also TML does not have anyone who could come and speak to the Council on this subject.
