The Schertz City Council convened in Special Session, Tuesday, January 30,

Road with the following members present: Mayor Robert C. Bueker, presiding;
Richard L. Howe, Gail Hyatt, Walter F. Schneider and Earl Johnson. Staff
present: City Manager Walter W. Hill, Jr.; Asst. City Manager Hal Baldwin;
City Secretary June G. Krause; Joe Garza and Ron Garrison.

#1 WORKSHOP: The Council met in joint workshop session with the
Planning and Zoning Commission.
Mr. Earl W. Sawyer arrived at 7:31 P.M.
#2 ADJOURNMENT: On a motion duly made and seconded and unanimously
carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.

The Schertz City Council convened in Special Session, Monday, February 5, 1979
at 7:00 P.M. in the Conference Room of the Municipal Complex, 1400 Live Oak Road
with the following members present: Mayor Robert C. Bueker, presiding; Richard
L. Howe, Gail Hyatt, Walter F. Schneider, Earl ~. Sawyer and Earl Johnson. Staff
present were City Manager Walter W. Hill, Jr.; Asst. City Manager Hal Baldwin;
City Engineer Howard Gaddis and City Secretary June G. Krause.
#1 WORKSHOP: Council met with developers of property along FM 3009 and
135 to discuss the proposed water line extension in that area.
