NHEREAS, the Cjty of Schertz, Texas is the legal owner of certain
said property located between dilliams and Pfeil streets of said City and
fronting on Main street and recorded on too Ebert Addition plat on file
in the Guadalupe County Courthouse, and said property consisting of a
city alley 121 wide x 160091 in depth and ownership of this property is
no longer required by the City of Schertz;, Texas and;
WHEREAS, 'the City of Schertz desires to close this alley at the
request of all adjoining property mme rs (less that portion fronting on
Hain Street req1Jired by Urban Renewal Agency to accommodate widening of
Main Street under the Buffalo Valley North Urban Renewal Program, Project
R-112) ;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAn~E.j) BY r;'HE CJTY COUNCIL OF TFE CITY OF SCP:ER. TZ,
TEXAS to-wit;
'I1hat the aforementioned property is declared closed and adjoining
property holders may hold and use such property for personal use and that
any and such costs as may be incurred to effect this right-of-use or to
den ne metes and bounds of such property shall be the responsibility of
the grantee.
