AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS DESIGNATING CERTAIN
PROPERTY AS AN INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS
IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 970a VERNON'S ANNOTATED STATUTES, SEC-
TION 5 AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH
COMPANY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHEmTZ, TEXAS:
That certain tract and parcel of land situated in Comal
County, Texas in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Schertz,
Texas, described in exhibit hereto attached marked Exhibit "A"
and made a part hereof is herewith designated as Industrial Dis-
trict number
DN.
of the City of Schertz, Texas in accordance
with Article 970a, Section 5 Vernon's Annotated Texas Statutes.
Such tract shall retain its extraterritorial jurisdiction for
a period not to exceed seven (7) years unless extended by the City
Council of said city.
This ordinance shall be construed with and all provisions of
an ordinance of the City of Schertz dated
numbered
, insofar as they have not been superseded
by this ordinance, shall apply to the tract of land designated here-
in Industrial District number

That certain proposed contract between the City of Schertz,
Texas, and
company hereto annexed
and marked Exhibit "B" is made a part hereof and the mayor of the
City of Schertz, Texas is herewith authorized to enter into the said
contract with
company.
