SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
APRIL 1 7, 1978
The Schertz City Council convened in Special Session, Monday, April 17,
1978 at 7:00 P.M. in the Conference Room of the Municipal Complex, 1400
Live Oak Road with the following members present: Mayor Robert C. BuekEr,
presiding; Mayor Pro Tern Walter F. Schneider; Richard L. Howe, Gail Hyatt;
Earl W. Sawyer and Earl Johnson. Also present was City Manager Walter W.
Hill Jr.
#1 WORKSHOP: The Council met in workshop session.
#2 ADJOURNMENT: On a motion duly made, seconded and unanimously
carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:45 P.M.

The Schertz City Council convened in Special Session, Wednesday, April 26,
1978 in the Conference Room of the Municipal Complex Building, 1400 Live Oak
Road, with the following members present: Mayor Pro Tem Walter F. Schneider,
Richard L. Howe, Gail Hyatt, Earl W. Sawyer and Earl Sawyer. Also City Manager
Walter W. Hill, Jr. Absent: Mayor Robert C. Bueker.
#1 PUBLIC HEARING: The purpose of the public hearing, held jointly
with the Planning & Zoning Commission, was to consider
a rezoning request by Mr. Malford Koch, Mr. Marvin Koch and Ms. Celyta Dendy,
owners, to rezone three tracts of land which includes Lots 13 through 16
situated in the G. Malpaz survey and is located between Live Oak Road and
Pfeil Street.
The public hearing was declared closed at 7:45 P.M.
