Councilmembers present were: Mayor Robert C. Bueker, presiding; Councilmembers Donald J. Seeba, Mrs. Nell G. Funk, Robert E. Schwartz, and Mrs. Bobbie L. Koch. Absent: Tom Koole. Also present were Assistant r-ity Manager Harold D. Baldwin and City Secretary June G. Krause. Mayor Bueker explained the Public Hearing was held relative to adopting a resolution approving the submission of a grant application to match the $125,000 General Obligation Tax Bonds approved by the majority vote of the citizens July 27, 1974.
