ditch. Mayor Bueker sald since the bond issue was just for
drainage, it could be used anywhere needed. Mr. Tom Ander-
1itch will have to check our bonding and notify the Council
of his findings. Mayor Bueker stated he would like to call a
work session very soon to discuss the badly needed second
tier water system.
There being no further business to come before the Council,
Mrs. Funk moved for adjournment at 8:55 P.M. Mr. Sandifer
seconded the motion with all members voting aye.

OCTOBER 15, 1973
A Public Hearing was held by the City Council in the City
Council Chambers, 608 Live Oak Road on Monday, October 15, 1973,
at 5:20 P.M. with the Io11owing members present: Mayor Robert
C. Bueker, presiding; Mr. Sandifer, Mrs. Funk and Mrs. Koch.
Absent: Mr. Schwartz and Mr. Koo1e.
The Public Hearing was held pursuant to the proposed
annexation of one certain tract of land containing 1.771 acres
and located in the ll00 block of Highway 78.
There were no residents present to object to the annexation.
Mayor Bueker declared the hearing closed at 5:30 P.M.

l.771 ACRES INTO THE CITY LIMITS OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS
