AN ORDINANCE
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS
AMENDING THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE (UDC)
ORDINANCE NO. 96-S-28 BY REZONING APPROXIMATELY
71.08 ACRES OUT OF GUADALUPE COUNTY AND
REFLECTING SUCH CHANGES ON CERTAIN ZONING
MAPS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE $CHERTZ UDC
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS;
THAT, UDC Ordinance No. 96-S-28 of the City of Schertz, Texas is hereby
attended in the following manner:
SECTION I
"Rezone approximately 71.08 acres of land out of Guadalupe
County, Texas, being more particulady describod in the Field
Notes attached and made a part hereof, from Single-Family
Residential Dwelling District (R-l) and ApartmentJMulti-
Family Residential District (R-4) to Garden Home/Single
Residential District- Zero Lot Line (R-5).
SECTION 2
THAT, The Zoning District Maps described and referred to in Article III, Sections
5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 of the City of Scher[z UDC Ordinance 96-S-28 shall be changed
to reflect the above amendments.
