NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM

In accordance with the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government
Code, notice is hereby given that a Possible Quorum of the governing body of the Schertz Economic
Development Corporation, Schertz, Texas may take place on Wednesday, the 24th day of August
2022, at 10:30 a.m., at the Sysco Expansion Groundbreaking Ceremony, 1260 Schwab Road, New
Braunfels, TX 78132.
One or more members of the Schertz Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors may
attend the groundbreaking ceremony.
There will be no action taken by the Schertz Economic Development Board of Directors at this
meeting.
