In accordance with the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government
Code notice is hereby given that a Possible Quorum of the governing body of the City of Schertz, Texas
may take place on the 2nd day of February 2024, at Shady Oaks Ranch, 12020 W Schaefer Rd, Schertz,
TX 78108.
One or more member of the City of Schertz City Council may attend the Strategic Planning Retreat for
the Mayor, City Council, the City's Executive Staff and Department Directors.
There will be no action taken by the City of Schertz City Council at this meeting.
