A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE SCHERTZ-SEGUIN LOCAL GOVERNMENT
CORPORATION FISCAL YEAR 2007 /2008 WATER RATES
(Resolution #SSLGC R07-11)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Schertz desires to approve the Schertz-Seguin Local
Government Corporation Fiscal Year 2007/2008 Water Rates; and
WHEREAS, the Schertz-Seguin Local Government Corporation provides water to several
entities; and
WHEREAS, expenses are incurred in providing the water; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to set water rates to be assessed for the provision of the water in
order to cover expenses, and
WHEREAS, the water rates for the fiscal year 200712008 for the Schertz-Seguin Local
Government are attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the Schertz-Seguin Local Government Corporation Board of Directors has
approved Resolution #SSLGC R07-11 to adopt the Schertz-Seguin Local Government Fiscal
Year 2007/2008 Water Rates attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas
as follows:
I. That the City Council hereby approves the Schertz-Seguin Local Government
Corporation Fiscal Year 2007-2008 Water Rates.
