A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE SCHERTZ-SEGUIN LOCAL GOVERNMENT
CORPORATION FISCAL YEAR 2007/2008 ANNUAL BUDGET AND MAKING
APPROPRIA TION IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID BUDGET
(Resolution #SSLGC R07-10)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Schertz desires to approve the Schertz-Seguin Local
Government Fiscal Year 2007/2008 Annual Budget; and
WHEREAS, a proposed annual budget for the period commenting October 1, 2007 and ending
September 30, 2008 has been prepared by the Schertz-Seguin Local Government Corporation
Financial Officer and the City of Seguin Director of Finance, attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the Schertz-Seguin Local Government Corporation Board of Directors has
approved Resolution #SSLGC R07-10 to adopt the Schertz-Seguin Local Government Fiscal
Year 2007/2008 Annual Budget attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas
as follows:
1. That the City Council hereby approves the Schertz-Seguin Local Government
Corporation Fiscal Year 2007-2008 Annual Budget.
