After determining that a quorum is present, the Board of Adjustment of the City of
Schertz, Texas will convene into a Regular Meeting on Monday November 26, 2007 at
6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Building #4, 1400 Schertz Parkway, Schertz,
Texas at which the following items will be considered

#3 Minutes: Approve minutes of regular session October 22,2007.

To consider and act upon a variance request for two addional signs. One sign will
be 81 sq.ft. and the other 87 sq. ft. at 17280 IH 35 N( Lowe's), these signs are
intended to identify their lumberyard and garden center. Applicant is McEntee
Engineers & Designs, Inc.
