Schertz, Texas will convene into a Regular Meeting on Monday December 17, 2007 at
6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Building #4, 1400 Schertz Parkway, Schertz,
Texas at which the following items will be considered

To consider and act upon a variance request to encroach 51/2 ft. into the 15 ft.
utility easement to construct a 24 ft. x 15 ft. patio cover at 1632 Circle Oak Dr.
