RESOLVED, the City Council ofthe City of Schertz, Texas hereby appoints a committee
composed of Hal Baldwin and Glyn Williams to propose a procedure and process for filling the
vacancy in the position of City Manager ofthe City and requests that such committee report to the
City Council on or before August 16,2000.
