BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
1. The City Secretary shall, before entering upon the duties of his office
give bond in the sum of Twenty-five ($2,500.00) Hundred Dollars.
2. Before entering upon the duties of his office the City Treasurer shall
enter into bond in a sum not less than Five ($5,000.00) Thousand Dollars.
